Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eclipse Element. Each piece is made with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We offer a 14-day return or exchange window from the day your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition in which it was received

  • unworn and unused

  • with all parts intact

  • in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, email us immediately with photos, and we will make it right by offering a replacement or alternative solution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • custom or personalized items

  • sale / discounted items

  • gift cards

  • after the 14-day return period has expired

Exchanges

If you would like a different design, please contact us first.
Exchanges are processed once your return is received and approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
