SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Eclipse Element designs and creates handcrafted and 3D-printed jewelry in small batches. Each item is handmade or printed individually, so slight variations in color, shape, or surface finish may occur.
We make every effort to accurately represent our products; however, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is considered accepted once payment is processed and we issue an order confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, as many items are made to order.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the moment your order is placed.

You agree to provide complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts incurred, including taxes and shipping fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing and delivery times displayed in our store are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather events, or any factors outside our control.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

Eclipse Element is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases in our store are made directly with Eclipse Element. Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions between you and our business.
