Carriers We Use
We ship all orders using Canada Post and Chit Chats.
These carriers allow us to provide reliable, secure, and trackable delivery options across Canada and the United States.
Processing Time
Most items are made to order.
Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships.
During holidays or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to:

United States
We do not offer international shipping outside these two countries at this time.
Shipping Times

Standard: 2–9 business days

Expedited or tracked upgrades may be available at checkout.
🇺🇸 United States

Standard via Chit Chats / USPS: 4–12 business days

Faster upgrades may be available at checkout.
✔ No additional duty fees for U.S. customers
All import duties and customs fees for shipments to the U.S. are fully covered by Eclipse Element.
You will not need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
Tracking Information
Most shipments include tracking, depending on the service you select at checkout.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Some low-cost services may not include tracking.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

postal carriers

customs (for U.S. shipments, duties are covered, but inspections may occur)

weather events

incorrect shipping information

seasonal postal volume
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, transit time is outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but is not received:

Check with neighbours or building management

Wrong Address Policy
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us immediately at:
If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address.
If it has already shipped, we cannot change the destination.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to:

an incorrect address

an unclaimed parcel

delivery refusal
…the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
